Nzulezo Stilt Village Tour

 Nzulezo is a village built entirely on stilts on Lake Amansuri.  It's made of wood and raffia with a central walkway and a dozen houses on either side.  The only way to get there is by taking a 5km local canoe trip on the lake.  The most noticeable feature of Nzulezo is the wooden accommodations that hang about two meters above lake level.  Visitors to the village are welcomed by the GWS / ACID PROJECT

Buy your tickets at the reception centre in Beyin on the mainland. Canoe trips run from 8 am to 5 pm. But those staying in the guesthouse can have their time extended.
